For some time I have been aware that forgiveness is a problem for most of us.  On more than one occasion, I have been requested to speak on the topic of forgiveness.

The recent men's retreat at which I was the speaker gave me an opportunity to prepare a thorough presentation about forgiveness.  I have included that presentation as an essay in this update of the web page.

Almost all of us have been hurt by others.  Almost all of us have trouble letting go of that hurt and moving on with our lives.  I hope this essay will help you do that.
